Guest Access We have a large home on two levels, when you rent the Harmony Belle, you are renting the ground floor with a kitchenette (refrigerator, convection microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, hot plate, dishes, etc.), living room with a big screen TV, exercise room, 2 bedrooms, and two baths. Handicapped guests have found it easy to maneuver here, and one of the baths includes a walk-in shower. The entrance shares some common space, including the staircase to the upper level and the garage door. There is a kitchenette in this area for your use and we happily share the rest of the home with guests if you would like, including use of deck overlooking Kolob, a barbeque, and the gourmet kitchen upstairs. Guest be aware that the owners, their guests, or manager may also be using this space as well. We have extensive knowledge of the area and are happy to help you plan your activities. Other things to note Our most important request is that our guests be mindful that we live in a private neighborhood. The speed limit is 25 mph, and slower is better. Deer and people walking dogs and horses are often around the corner! Smoking is okay outside on the decks. We are off the beaten path, about five minutes off I-15, in the foothills of the Pine Valley Mountains. You can hike right from the house into the Pine Valley Wilderness area! The closest restaurants or grocery stores are 13 miles in Cedar City, so plan ahead and have dinner or buy groceries in Cedar City or St. George before arriving. Once you've booked, we will send you a list of our favorite restaurants and lesser-known hikes and places to visit, as well as detailed directions. Please note we are an hour later than Vegas. You are welcome to arrive late in the evening as your travel plans dictate but it is best, if at all possible, to arrive in the daylight, it is much easier to find us as there are no street lights, and not too many street signs.

This home was just completed in 2021 (We are still working on the yard and a few finishing touches inside) Beautiful Views over looking the valley. It has a large great room two beds and one bath on the main with a master bed/bath loft upstairs.. 30-45 minutes from downtown St George. 10 Minutes to Pine Valley reservoir and hiking trials. Pine Valley is a rural community. The closest small store is in Veyo. Traditional grocery stores are in St George. The soap grids(lines) on the windows are to keep the birds from flying into the glass. If the squirrel comes around don't let him in he's not tame. Don't feed the deer they can injure or kill you. Watch for deer and black cows standing in the road especially in the morning and evening. Watch your speed, the sheriff is not very forgiving. No open flames. No smoking or vaping on the property. We understand that your pets are family but please don't bring them here.

The Pine Valley Recreation Area (small entrance fee) has fishing (but no boating) in the Pine Valley Reservoir. Golf is located 15 miles into St. George, hiking in Snow Canyon is less than 20 mins away. The best pies in the world located in Veyo, only 12 miles away. Pine Valley lake is a great place for fishing and is located only three miles away. If you choose to come during winter time, skiing is located in Brian Head about 1hr 30 mins away. Golfing is year round. Satellite TV available up and downstairs, DVD player. Wifi is available although given our location on the mountain it may be slower than what you find at home. Cell coverage is spotty given your carrier. Locally - ATV allowed with many trails, fishing, dining. You cannot be bored at this cabin, unless that is your purpose for staying here. This is the perfect place to get away from it all, or an even better place to go hiking, climbing, fishing, 4 wheeling, horseback riding in the area, or stay around the cabin and play horseshoes (in a location behind the cabin bag of shoes hanging inside door on hook) or play croquet on the front lawn, ladder golf, Frisbee, or corn hole (yard games are not provide, but you may bring your own). The cabin has an updated kitchen for you to cook your favorite meal, a BBQ grill on the deck if you want to cook a steak, or if you prefer to let others do the work there is a local Steak House open April to October. Pine Valley National Park and campground/picnic area is just across the valley, a short 3 mile drive away from the cabin and is a perfect location to hold family reunions, or just to go camping. The Lodge The Lodge itself features 5 private bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The Lodge includes a great room, oversized kitchen/dining area, laundry room, and game room. In the Lodge there are also two common bathrooms on the main floor next to the great room. The Kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, two stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers and a full set of pots, pans, utensils and kitchen items. The pantry has an oversized freezer and oversized fridge for storing all of your supplies, the patio has BBQ Grill, and there is a main floor laundry room. The Lodge is equipped with air conditioning and heating and WiFi. There is also one additional bathroom with two showers that has an outside entrance for cabin guests. The Cabins Next to the Lodge, there are seven rustic cabins with electricity, water and beds so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! The main floor of the Roost also as a Game Room with ping pong, air hockey and other games. Two shared bathrooms with showers are located on the main floor of the Roost for guests to use. IMPORTANT ROOM & BED INFORMATION -Please be sure you understand the room sizes, bed configurations, bed types & weight limits we have on 2 of the beds. If you have questions, please ask. -The beds in rooms #2 and #3 are bunk style beds. The bottom bed in room #2 is a double and has a regular (non bunk bed) mattress. The bottom bunk in room #3 also has a regular mattress. So, all ground-level beds have regular, nice mattresses and will sleep 3-5 people depending on whether you double up in the queen and/or double bed. -Both top bunks have a weight limit of 150 pounds and have standard bunk bed mattresses. We cannot put thicker mattresses on the top bunks because of design and safety factors. Due to the climbing involved & basic mattresses, these two beds will not be ideal for most adults. If the person exceeds 150 pounds, neither of these beds will work at all. Please take this into consideration when thinking about sleeping arrangements for your group. -The 2nd room in this house is quite small. The 3rd room is very small. There isn't much more space than what the pictures show. They are basically just spaces for sleeping and can't be used for much more than that. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION -The property has four outdoor security cameras. One is on the roof of the house and faces west for a view of the driveway approach. The other is on the east side of the gazebo and faces east for a view of the eastern approach to the house. Both entrances may have Ring Doorbell cameras. -Zion's Roost is about 1/2 mile down a county-maintained gravel road. -Guests are welcome to smoke outside, just not inside the house or near open windows or doors. -For television viewing we have 38 over-the-air digital T.V. channels plus the televisions are connected to the internet. I have active Nexflix & Amazon Prime accounts. -The nearest stores are in Cedar City, about 20 minutes away. So be sure to stock up on supplies on your way here. We will start you out with some soap, shampoo and toilet paper. But if you've got a big group or are renting for several days, you'll probably need to bring some more of your own. -There are two homes on the 5 acre property. Only one is for rent. There is sufficient space between the two homes for plenty of privacy. I live in the main house on this property with my wife and 5 children.

We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Judy's Brookside Family Manor is a fabulous custom built home and is located on a beautiful mountain road which winds it's way along the Santa Clara river just below Baker Reservior. This newer home offers cathedral ceilings, a full kitchen upstairs and is set up to help you host family reunions or business getaways. The upstairs offers large gathering areas with multiple sofa's, lounge chair and seating at a large table and kitchen bar. The spacious living room showcases a 65" Roku TV for streaming movies which are provided for you through YouTube TV and Netflix. Live Salt Lake area chanels are provided through YouTube TV. This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. We converted our small home into a cowboy motif with a windmill flare. The Windmill Cowboy is located close to the airport, 7 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, 40 mins from Brian Head, and 1 hour 35 mins from Zions National Park. While visiting the rugged west the "Windmill Cowboy" is a comfy escape you won't want to miss". Our home is a two level home. Downstairs is a queen bed and bunk beds. The other two queen beds are upstairs. There is WIFI, a DVD player, and a TV screen for viewing movies. There is no cable. The bunkbed room door does not have a locking door. There is parking right in the driveway of the house. There is grass in the front yard but the back yard is unfinished.

Fantastic views to the SW on a treed ridge 6 miles from downtown Cedar City. All neighborhood lots are multi-acre, upper-end properties. Quiet streets, wifi, two televisions, BBQ, garage bay. Dogs that are house trained, friendly, and won't bother neighbors are welcome. You need to get approval if more than 1 dog! Home is on two levels: 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. The bed in the master bedroom is king size, and the other two beds are full size. There is also a queen size sofabed downstairs. All rooms get plenty of natural light. An ideal choice for 4 to 6 people. NOTE: There is no cable or satellite TV. However, there are a number of stations received through the antenna, and there is Roku. If you want comfortable living with great, constant views close to town, but not in town, or if you enjoy leisurely walks along roads with plenty of pinyon and juniper trees, this place is for you!
